What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We work with low MOQs to support emerging brands. Depending on the service and garment type, MOQs typically start at 10–50 units. Custom cut-and-sew may have higher minimums, but we're flexible and happy to discuss your specific needs during a consultation.

What are your typical turnaround times?

Turnaround depends on the service and order complexity. Standard production runs 2–4 weeks from approved sample. Custom printing and embroidery can be faster—sometimes same-day or next-day. We'll provide a clear timeline during your initial consultation based on your project.

How does the sampling and design approval process work?

After your initial brief, we create a sample garment for you to review and approve. You'll have the chance to request adjustments—fit, color, finish, branding placement—before we move to full production. This ensures your final product matches your vision exactly.

What production services do you offer?

We offer custom garment printing (screen print, DTG, embroidery), cut-and-sew manufacturing, private label and relabelling, sampling and prototyping, premium finishes (heavyweight blanks, custom dyes), and branding and packaging support.
